How I keep up with all four

People ask how I run four roles without dropping anything. The honest answer: not by working longer hours. By building a system around me.

• Obsessively organized, so nothing important lives only in my head.
• An AI assistant that sorts my email, books my calendar and hands me a brief every morning, so I start each day knowing what matters in every business.

That setup is where LDT Advisors came from. Once it worked for me, I started building it for other owners.

Before all this: a risk arbitrage trader, then 22 years in mortgage lending. Outside of work: husband, father of three, and a competitor at heart. Golf and pickleball keep me sharp; family keeps me grounded.
